The Serena Collection is a modern take on a traditional ball gown, featuring a sexy, high slit in the Ball Skirt and large bows on the Corset Bodice. Constructed in an exquisite satin finish, triple weight, 100% silk gazar milled in Como, Italy, giving the perfect amount of structure to hold the shape while maintaining smooth, flowing movement. The Serena Corset Bodice is constructed with topstitching to add structure, along with traditional corsetry details like channel boning and an adjustable lace up back. The exaggerated bow details add some drama, and are optional for those who prefer a more sleek, pared down look. The lace up back features metal eyelets for durability, and is laced with a long silk satin ribbon. The Serena Skirt is full and voluminous, with a chapel train and a high slit exposing the leg. The silk gazar has the perfect weight to give the skirt volume and structure, while keeping the movement of the skirt beautifully fluid. It is finished with an invisible zipper closure at the back.
