Inspired by a California garden in bloom, The Siena Gown is a strapless floor length ballgown with a royal train, featuring a delicate custom printed floral silk organza. Designed in house at our San Francisco Atelier, the custom print was created to scale for each panel of the skirt and bodice - versus as a repeat pattern, allowing for the intentional and exact placement of each flower, leaf and vine in the pattern of the print. Soft, climbing watercolor florals float effortlessly across the drape of the bodice to the waist, where the florals are gathered more densely, then gradually spreading out and climbing gently down the skirt all the way to the end of the train. The Siena’s structured bodice has a sweetheart neckline with floral print silk organza draped delicately over the bust and at the waist, and is lined in one hundred percent silk charmeuse. The open back of the bodice falls into a subtle v-shape, with zipper closure. Soft, airy volume is created in the skirt with three layers of light ivory silk organza and a petticoat underneath to help hold the full circle skirt’s volume. The royal length train, measuring 100 inches from waist to end, adds drama to the gown without creating heaviness visually or in weight.

Custom variations on the Siena Gown are available with modifications to the style of gown or the custom print design. When ordering a custom print, our Atelier works directly with each client to create a completely unique print including specific flowers, colors, and designs at each client’s request.
